Guide and Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Trenndly ("Trenndly", "we", "our" or "us") handles information when you use our website at trenndly.netlify.app and our tools: video tag and title analysis, Suggestion (hook check), Competitor tools (Tag Finder, tag comparison and Channel Planner), and Video Prompt.

By creating an account or using Trenndly, you confirm that you have read this policy and the User Rules in section 13. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Account information

• Email address, username and profile photo, provided by you or by Google when you sign in with Google or with email and password.
• Passwords are handled by our login provider. We never see or store your password in readable form.

Content you give us

• Videos: a video you upload for analysis or as a reference for Video Prompt. For Suggestion, only the first 10 seconds of your video are used.
• Text: ideas you type in Video Prompt, YouTube links or channel handles you paste in Competitor tools, and messages you send through Feedback.
• Preview image: a small frame taken from your video, saved only so your History looks clear.

Results we create for you

• Tags, hashtags, keywords, titles, SEO score, hook score, stronger hook lines, scene-by-scene prompts and reference image prompts.
• Results from Tag Finder, tag comparison and Channel Planner, which use public data from the YouTube Data API.

Usage and technical information

• Which tool you used, coin usage, file name, file size, whether it worked, and how long it took. We use this to run the service and fix problems.
• A random visitor ID stored in your browser to count unique visitors once, your device type (mobile or desktop), and the date of first visit. If you log in, this ID is linked to your account.
• Your IP address and browser type, which we use for security and abuse protection.

• To create and secure your account, verify your email and let you log in.
• To analyze your video or idea and give you the results you asked for.
• To run the daily coin system and save your History for 7 days.
• To prevent abuse, spam, automated misuse and security attacks.
• To reply to your feedback and fix errors.
• To understand overall usage so we can improve Trenndly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your videos to train our own models.

When you use Analyze, Suggestion or Video Prompt with a video, the video is sent securely to our AI provider so it can watch and listen to it and write your results. For Suggestion, only the first 10 seconds are used. Ideas you type are also processed by the AI provider to write your prompts.

We delete your video from the AI provider as soon as the analysis finishes, and we do not keep your video file ourselves. The AI provider handles information under its own terms and policies.

AI results can contain mistakes. Please read and edit every result before you publish it. Do not upload private, confidential or sensitive footage.

We use trusted providers to run Trenndly. They process information only as needed to give their service, under their own policies.

YouTube API Services. Trenndly uses YouTube API Services. By using Competitor tools you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's use of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

We use your browser's local storage (and similar technology) for things that make the site work:

• Your theme choice (dark or light) and your last used tool.
• A flag that you are logged in, so the page loads smoothly.
• Your visitor ID, tutorial progress and the "What's new" notice.
• Your last Competitor links, so you do not have to type them again.

Google AdSense may place cookies to show ads. You can manage ad personalization in Google Ads Settings. You can also clear storage and cookies from your browser settings at any time, but you may need to log in again.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• With the service providers listed in section 5, to run the service.
• When the law requires it, or to respond to valid legal requests.
• To investigate abuse, protect our users and service, or protect our rights.
• If Trenndly is ever sold or merged, in which case we will give notice before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

We may keep some information longer if the law requires it or to prevent fraud and abuse.

We use HTTPS encryption, restricted access, trusted infrastructure providers and monitoring to protect your information and to keep the service safe from abuse.

No online service is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone.

• Access and correction: ask what account information we hold and ask us to fix it.
• Deletion: delete any History item yourself, or email us to delete your account and related data.
• Withdraw consent: stop using Trenndly at any time and clear your browser storage.
• Complaints: contact us first, and you may also contact your local data protection authority.

These rights apply to you wherever you live, including under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and similar laws such as GDPR. To use a right, email us from your account email. We may need to verify that it is really you.

Trenndly is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Users under 18 should use Trenndly with a parent's or guardian's permission. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our providers run servers in different countries. This means your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including in countries whose data laws differ from yours. We choose reputable providers and use the protections they offer.

To keep Trenndly safe and fair for everyone, you agree that you will:

• Upload only videos and text that you own or have permission to use.
• Not upload content that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or that involves minors in any unsafe way.
• Not upload private footage of other people without their consent.
• Not use Trenndly to make spam, scams, misleading tags or fake claims, or to break YouTube's rules.
• Not try to hack, overload, copy, reverse engineer or scrape our service, or bypass coins, limits or login.
• Not create many accounts to get extra coins.
• Not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• Not use Video Prompt results to copy real people, brands or copyrighted characters in a harmful or deceptive way.

We may limit, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, and we may remove content, without prior notice when needed to protect the service or other users.

You keep the rights to your own videos and ideas. You are responsible for how you use the results (titles, tags, scripts and prompts) and for following the rules of YouTube and any AI video or image tool you use with them.

• Every account receives free coins each day. The balance refills daily (India time) and unused coins do not carry over.
• Each tool uses a fixed number of coins, shown in the side menu. Tag Finder and Competitor tools are free but have fair-use limits.
• If an analysis fails on our side, the coins are returned automatically.
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
• We may change coin amounts, prices, limits or features at any time, and the service may be unavailable for maintenance.

Trenndly is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that results will increase views, ranking, earnings or hook performance, or that AI generated prompts will give the exact video you imagine. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Trenndly is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google or any AI video or image tool.

We may update this policy when our service or the law changes. The "Updated" date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes we will show a notice on the website. If you keep using Trenndly after an update, it means you accept the new policy.
